District Deputy Meeting
The District Deputy Meeting was held at Tifton Elks Lodge #1114 on August 8th, where we were pleased to host members from several South Georgia lodges. The Albany, Valdosta, Tifton, Douglas, Jesup, and Brunswick lodges were in attendance as well as several state officers. Jerry Holley, current DD, presided over the meeting.
During the meeting, Wanda Davis was recognized for Fundraising Excellence for her outstanding dedication and efforts. Our lodge was also honored with a Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Contributions to Membership Growth, recognizing our continued commitment to strengthening and expanding our membership.
In addition, Tifton Elks Lodge #1114 received recognition for Building a Stronger Community through our ongoing charitable efforts and commitment to making a positive difference in the communities we serve.

Impact Grants and ENF
Lockers for Brother Charlies Rescue Center
Tifton Elks Lodge #1114 continues to make a meaningful difference in our community thanks to grant funding earned through the Elks National Foundation (ENF) and the Elks Community Impact Program (CIP). These grants have allowed the Lodge to expand its outreach efforts and provide vital support to individuals and organizations in need throughout the Tifton area.
Equally important to this success are the dedicated members of the Lodge who generously give their time and energy to serve others through the Elks Community Outreach Program (ECOP). This program is funded by the ENF Impact Grant, a highly competitive award given to only a select number of lodges nationwide each year. Tifton Elks Lodge #1114 has proudly received this grant for two consecutive years and is currently pending a third, a testament to both the effectiveness of its programs and the commitment of its members to community service.
